Aurélie Moine received a Masters Degree in Business Law (Business School ESCP- EAP/University Paris XI - Sceaux). She also hlods a « Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) » from the University of Cergy-Pontoise. Aurélie collaborated during two years within Baker & McKenzie and for more than three years within Ashurst, in their employment department as associate.
She joined Bremond & Associés in June 2015.
Aurélie specialises in employment law issues, notably advising French and international clients. She has significant expertise in all aspects of employment law, in particular in relation to restructuring, implementation of workforce reduction plans, employment due diligence review, employment contracts and business transfers.
Aurélie was admitted to the New York bar in 2008 and the Paris bar in 2010. She is also a member of AvoSial (association of specialised labour defendant’s attorneys) and of the AJR (association of young professionals restructuring).
